The fashion industry is rife with challenges, especially for fresher models who often face exploitation at the hands of unscrupulous individuals promising glamour, assignments, and fame. Many end up paying hefty amounts only to be left disillusioned, without work, and with no experience to build on.

This lack of experience prevents models from earning for their walks, and without paid opportunities, they can't gain the experience needed—creating a vicious cycle that traps them in the system.

MOVe launched the Ambassador Program to break this cycle and provide an ethical, empowering platform for aspiring models.

The program allows models to:

Earn While They Learn:
Get paid for walking in all MOVe domestic and international fashion shows.

Gain Experience:
Build a professional portfolio by participating in high-quality, reputable events and portfolio shoots or campaign shoots that MOVe originates.

Retain Independence: Continue accepting and scouting for independent projects without any revenue-sharing obligation with MOVe.

In return, MOVe expects the ambassador to tag the company in their social media posts and create content that helps amplify MOVe's stated intent to empower other fellow artists. Event appearances, creating exclusive content, being involved in every major campaign and event hosted by MOVe, hosting live sessions, Q&As, and sharing personal stories or experiences with MOVe on social media, podcasts etc and other such deliverables would be expected from our ambassador.
